Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally.

Please ensure the address you are shipping to is correct prior to making your purchase, as your address cannot be adjusted/changed after the purchase without cancelation.

An ABF representative will contact you to schedule a date and time to drop-ship your truckload at your delivery destination.

You must accept the shipment when ABF calls to schedule your drop. If you do not, you will accrue daily charges of $350

ABF does not off-load the truck. ABF provides a ramp for you to perform this task.

You are responsible for making arrangements to offload and obtain any permits required for a 28-foot trailer to be dropped off on your property for a minimum of 24 hours.

**FREIGHT & PARCEL SHIPPING

All larger appliances will be shipped via freight. These items will be bubble wrapped; cardboard protected & strapped to a pallet. All other appliances will be shipped via FedEx home delivery, UPS, USPS & or the shipper of your choice.

Large items will ship by freight and will be delivered by curbside only, we do not offer inside white glove delivery. The freight carrier is not responsible for moving or delivering the item inside the house or taking it upstairs.

All shipping information will be provided once your order has shipped. 

 

***Store Pick-ups/Will Call:

 ALL items are available for store pick-up Monday-Saturday from 11am to 3pm, we don’t service pick-ups on Sundays. You have 5 days to schedule AND pick-up your purchase from date of payment.

 

****Local Delivery:

We offer delivery up to 150 miles from our store location (Fairfield, NJ) for a fee. Please contact us to receive a quote on delivery.

 

Shipping Damage:

All our shipments are insured. We take care in ensuring that every shipment is carefully packaged for protection during transit. Unfortunately, things can happen. We ask that you please take the time to inspect your shipment BEFORE signing for it. If you do not have a chance to inspect the shipment completely, please check DAMAGED (upon inspection) on the Freight Bill of Landing. If there is concealed damage and you have checked the damaged box, please contact us right away. If the unit is damaged and you accept it and signed on it as a clear delivery, then we will not be able to take responsibility for any damages. It is then your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.
