Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase by calling Customer Service at 973-382-8777.

Renovation Angel provides a 14-day period to represent any problems with the purchase. This 14-day period begins the day the items are either picked up or delivered. Renovation Angel will attempt to find a satisfactory resolution. In the event no resolution can be agreed upon, Buyer is responsible to either bring the purchased items back or to pay for return shipping. Once received a 5% restocking fee will be charged to customer. Buyer must initiate the process on the Customer Purchase Help form below.

If buyer chooses to exchange the items, the restocking fee will be waived.

Stone, Solid Surface, and other Countertops are considered a complimentary value to be included with your purchase. Renovation Angel does not assign a value to these countertops due to their fragile nature. No refunds are available for broken or damaged stone, solid surface, and other countertops.
