Onshore Construction was founded in 1993 by Daniel Reedy and has since grown steadily into a mid-size company specializing in the construction of large custom estate homes in Palm Beach and Martin Counties. DAN REEDY
President of Onshore Construction and Development, graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering. Dan created Onshore Construction in 1993 after working in the South Florida residential luxury home market and completing a 5-acre, 25,000 square foot ocean to Intracoastal estate on Jupiter Island as project manager. Onshore Construction has developed a very strong presence in the Palm Beach Island market, completing dozens of multi-million dollar projects.
Onshore Construction has focused on the Northern Palm Beach, Palm Beach and Jupiter Island markets. Past and current projects include a 22,000sf and 18,500sf custom homes in The Bears Club and 14,000sf and 30,000sf homes on Jupiter Island. Past performance has made Onshore the builder of choice of the PGA tour players in the northern Palm Beaches, including Nick Price, Jesper Parnevik, Luke Donald, Freddie Jacobson, Greg Norman, Rickie Fowler and others such as Celine Dion and Kid Rock.

Safety is their number one priority, and all of their supervisors are certified in a 10-hour OSHA course. Plus, quarterly safety meetings are conducted with all of their subcontractors to ensure 100% compliance.
Project Spotlight
Onshore directed us to this great project in Palm Beach, Florida. Renovation Angel recycled kitchen cabinetry and granite countertops, along with sinks and faucets. Appliances included Bosch, Scotsman, Miele, and more. Additional renovation items included living room, bedroom, and dining room furniture, as well as bath and lighting fixtures.
