Announcing our newest Charity Partner: Foothills Animal Rescue
For the past 20 years, Foothills Animal Rescue in Scottsdale, AZ has been dedicated to reducing the homeless pet population in our community through rescue, care and adoption services that matches the animals in our care with loving families. We provide a temporary safe haven in our Shelter and Adoption Center for unwanted, neglected dogs and cats while working towards finding them permanent homes.
Founded in 1995, we have grown from our grassroots origins of “kitchen table fostering” to operating a thriving Shelter and Adoption Center housing over 80 animals. As a non-profit organization, Foothills Animal Rescue relies heavily on donations from the community to support its life-saving work and programs. We have a limited amount of paid staff members in order to maximize the percentage of every dollar that goes directly to the care of our cats and dogs. Most of our programs, fundraising events and overall care of our animals are supported by a large corps of volunteers.
